Viable (adjective) – that can be done; that will be successful. Synonym: Feasible. Opposite: Unviable. A viable option/ proposition. There is no viable alternative. If there was any delay then the rescue plan would cease to be viable. It is only their investment that makes the project economically viable. None of the projects proved financially viable.
