Q.6. India’s aggressions towards its neighbors is a threat to regional stability. Explain.

Q.7. The Provincial Finance Commissions were constituted in 2001 to formulate a formula for the distribution of resources. Discuss the legal frame work of provincial finance commission in Pakistan. Suggest different options for the provincial governments for the distribution formulas.

Q.8. How far nature of the Centre-Province relations and Political culture have changed under various amendments to the 1973 constitution after 2000? Evaluate.
